Samuel Cicero Scarpaci, 68, passed away on September 6, 2026. Sam was born in Pittsburgh, Pa. to Joseph L. and Josephine Cicero Scarpaci (both deceased). He is survived by his son, Samuel Cicero Scarpaci Jr., his dear sister Josette Scarpaci, and Darlene and Brad Violetta, of Chagrin Falls, OH. He was preceded in death by his brother, Joseph L. Scarpaci Jr. (Gilda Machin, Blacksburg, VA). A Celebration of Life to honor Sam’s life will be held later.
