Ralph D. Norcie, age 73 of Collier Twp. passed away on Sunday, August 30,2026 from complications of Alzheimer's Disease. He was a graduate of Robert Morris University and an employee of Allegheny County for 31 years. He was the beloved husband of 39 years to Maureen (Ruggeri) Norcie. Loving father of Gregory A. Norcie, beloved brother of Kathleen N. (The late Gerald) Matthews. Ralph loved hunting, camping, fishing, birdwatching and seeing the Perseid meteor shower every year with his longtime best friend Joe Krynock. Ralph was also survived by his beloved Cockatiel, Pepper. Visitation will be private. Family and friends are welcome to attend the funeral mass on Friday, September 4, 2026, at 11:30am in St. Michael the Archangel parish, Our Lady of Grace Church. Burial to follow in Queen of Heaven Cemetery.
