LEONARD P. KUCHNICKI

Age 94, of Bethel Park, formerly of Mt. Washington, passed away on Friday, September 25, 2026. He is now reunited with his beloved late wife Joan Kuchnicki (Luczko); loving father of Lenny Kuchnicki, Sharon Redmond (Bruce Coleman), and Lynn McGann (Keith); cherished pap of Mitchell Redmond (Kayla), Matthew Redmond (Meah), Micaela Riggs (Walt), Ryan Kuchnicki (Delaney), Hanna Kuchnicki, and Connor McGann; pap pap of Graceyn Tsepelis, Emma Redmond, and Amelia Kuchnicki; brother of the late Stanley Kuchnicki, Ted Kuchnicki (Edythe), Frank Kuchnicki (Dolores), Mary LeDonne (Jeremiah), and Thomas Kuchnicki; brother-in-law of Robert Luczko (the late Mary Ann), Richard Luczko (Donna), the late Eleanor Stolar (George) and the late Joseph Luczko, Jr. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and other loving extended family.

Leonard was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed spending time at his family camp in Tionesta. He also enjoyed collecting coins and putting together jigsaw puzzles. He will be remembered by all as a very generous and humorous person. Above everything, Leonard’s family was the most important to him.

Funeral Mass, Wednesday, September 30, 2026, 10 AM in St. John Capistran Church, Resurrection Parish, 1610 McMillan Rd, Pittsburgh, PA 15241. Interment to follow at Queen of Heaven Cemetery.
