Joseph R. Pouch Sr.

Joseph Robert Pouch Sr., of Mt Washington, passed away on June 29, 2026, at the age of 54.

Joe was the loving father of Joseph Jr.; beloved brother of James (Deana) Pouch and Jamie (Tom Bisbey) Pouch; loving uncle of Sarah, Ella, and Clela; and cherished son of the late James E. Pouch and Karen L. (Kaiser) Pouch. He also shared a close and lasting bond with Joseph Jr.'s mother, Faye, and was blessed with many aunts, uncles, and cousins who loved him dearly.

Joe was a graduate of Brashear High School and worked as a chef. His love for food extended far beyond his profession, as some of his happiest moments were spent cooking for and alongside his family. Joe enjoyed spending time with loved ones playing games and always brought laughter, competition, and warmth to those around him. He also enjoyed camping with his family and was an avid Pittsburgh sports fan and rarely missed cheering on his favorite teams.

He will be remembered as a kind and good man, a loving father, devoted brother, caring uncle and loyal friend. His memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him, and he will be deeply missed.
