Age 90, of Mount Lebanon passed away on Wednesday, September 2, 2026; Beloved wife of the late William G. Kelsey; Dear daughter of the late Louis Troiani Sr. and Concetta (Bosco) Troiani; Sister of Carol (Joseph) Tortorea and Antoinette “Toni” (Billy) Lauro. She was preceded in death by her siblings Marie Troiani, Nicholas Troiani, Dolores "Dee" Zanello, Louise DeNardo, Louis "King Louis" Troiani Jr., Michael Troiani, Reynold “Renny” Troiani, Julius Troiani, and Theresa Mitchell; Also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Carol and Toni want to express their sincere appreciation to the nurses in the I.A.U. unit on the 4th floor who took care of Connie during her time at St. Clair Hospital.

Friends and family are welcome from 9 AM - 10:30 AM on Tuesday, September 8th, at WILLIAM SLATER II FUNERAL SERVICE (412-563-2800), 1650 Greentree Rd., Scott Twp., 15220. A committal service will follow at Queen of Heaven Cemetery (2900 Washington Rd, Canonsburg, PA 15317).
