BARBARA J. SOBOCINSKI

Age 97, of Brownsville, formerly of Westwood and Mt.Washington, passed away Saturday June 13, 2026.

Beloved wife of the late Irwin, loving mother of Robert (Cathleen), Michael (Diane Haddad), and the late Marie (John Guest), 8 grandchildren, 6 great –grandchildren. Daughter of the late John Andeits and Josephine Banazak, sister of John Andeits of Spirit Lake Iowa.

She was a retired Directory Assistance Operator for Bell of Pennsylvania, and a Union Rep with the IBEW. After retiring Barbara enjoyed traveling to Florida to visit friends and cruising. She also enjoyed weekly casino evenings with her daughter and later casino trips with friends in Mt Washington. Later when travel was difficult Bingo and Pokeno kept her busy.
